These terms apply to every order placed on printini.net, operated by Printini (Tunisia). By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before ordering.
1. Products
We sell 3D-printed items: figures, décor, accessories and functional parts. Each product page describes the item, its options (such as size or colour) and its price. Because every item is printed layer by layer, small variations in surface finish, layer lines and colour shade are normal and are not defects. Photos are as accurate as possible but colours can look different on different screens.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (TND), all taxes included. Delivery fees are shown separately before you confirm your order (see our Shipping & Delivery page). The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Promotion codes and loyalty points can lower the total, under the conditions shown at checkout. A promotion code can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Ordering
You need an account with a verified email address to order, except through a creator's link, where you can also check out as a guest (guests don't earn loyalty points). Your order is placed when you click to confirm it at checkout. You then receive a confirmation email. We may contact you, for example by phone or WhatsApp, to confirm the order before preparing it. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if we cannot reach you to confirm it; you will be told and nothing will be charged.
4. Payment
Payment is made in cash on delivery, to the courier, when you receive your order. Please have the exact amount ready if possible. Refusing a confirmed order at delivery without a valid reason may lead us to refuse future orders.
5. Custom and personalised prints
Some products can be personalised (colour, size, or a design or photo you upload). You confirm that you have the right to use any image or design you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or the law. We may refuse a customisation that we consider illegal, offensive or technically impossible to print. Personalised items are made specially for you and cannot be returned unless they are defective (see Returns & Refunds).
6. Pre-orders
When an item is out of stock it can still be ordered as a pre-order. It is printed and sent as soon as possible; we will tell you if the wait will be longer than expected, and you can cancel a pre-order free of charge until it has been shipped.
7. Delivery
Delivery areas, fees and timings are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Please check your order when it is delivered and tell us about any visible damage as soon as possible.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under Tunisian law on electronic commerce (Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000), you can withdraw from a purchase within 10 working days of receiving it, except for personalised items and other legal exceptions. The details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
9. Warranty
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund it, or reprint it, at no cost to you. This does not limit any rights you have under Tunisian consumer protection law.
10. Use of the products
3D-printed items are made of plastic (usually PLA). Unless a product page says otherwise they are decorative or for light use: they are not toys for young children, not food-safe, and should be kept away from heat sources and direct sunlight for long periods. We are not liable for damage caused by using an item in a way it was not intended for.
11. Reviews
Customers who bought a product can leave a review. Reviews are checked before they are published; we may refuse reviews that are abusive, off-topic or contain personal data.
12. Loyalty points
Where the loyalty programme is active, completed orders earn points that can be redeemed at checkout under the conditions shown in your account. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted if an order is cancelled or refunded.
13. Personal data
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected]; we will try to find a friendly solution. If we cannot, the competent Tunisian courts will decide.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
