Printini ("we") runs printini.net. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. We handle personal data in line with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
1. Who is responsible
Printini, Tunisia. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Account: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted, we cannot read it).
- Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and Google account ID with us. We never receive your Google password.
- Orders: delivery name, address, city, postal code, country, phone, email, the items ordered, any notes, promotion code and loyalty points used.
- Custom prints: the colours, sizes and images or designs you upload for a personalised item.
- Reviews: your rating, review text and name as shown with the review.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Loyalty programme: the points you earn and spend.
- Creator links: if you arrive through a creator's link, we record the visit and, if you order, which creator referred you, so we can reward them. Creators don't receive your personal details.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser type and pages visited, as recorded in server and security logs; and, when you view a product, where the visit came from (for example a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok link). If you are signed in, product views are linked to your account.
3. Why we use it
- To create and manage your account, and verify your email address.
- To process, confirm, deliver and support your orders, including contacting you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your order.
- To make your custom prints.
- To run the loyalty programme and promotion codes.
- To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it.
- To publish reviews you submit.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand which products and channels interest visitors so we can improve the shop.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
4. Who receives it
We do not sell your personal data. We only share what is needed with:
- Delivery services, which receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
- OVHcloud (France), which hosts the website, its database and our email.
- Cloudflare, which protects the site against attacks and delivers its pages and images quickly; it processes technical data such as IP addresses.
- Google, when you choose to sign in with Google.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when we message you on WhatsApp about your order.
- Google Analytics, only if it is switched on for the site, to measure visits (see our Cookie Policy).
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are located outside Tunisia; we use them only for the purposes above.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data: until you delete your account.
- Orders and invoices: as long as required by Tunisian accounting and tax law, even after your account is deleted.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Custom print images: as long as needed to make and support the order.
- Technical logs: a few weeks, except when needed to investigate abuse.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and object to its use, by writing to [email protected] from the email address of your account. You can edit your details and delete your account yourself in your account settings; see Data Deletion. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can contact the Tunisian data protection authority, the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).
7. Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are stored encrypted, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the shop.
8. Children
Accounts are intended for people aged 18 or over, or younger with a parent's or guardian's permission.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
