You can delete your Printini account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
Delete your account yourself
- Sign in on printini.net.
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.
Ask us to delete your data
If you cannot sign in, or you signed in with a social account, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my data". We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address, phone number and password.
- Your loyalty points and their history.
- Your product reviews.
- Your newsletter subscription, if you ask us to remove it.
What we have to keep
Orders and invoices are kept for as long as Tunisian accounting and tax law requires, but are no longer linked to an account. Anonymous visit statistics stay, without any link to you.
