Your right to withdraw
Under Tunisian law on electronic commerce (Law No. 2000-83 of 9 August 2000), you can return an item within 10 working days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Exceptions
This right does not apply to:
- items made to your specifications or clearly personalised (custom colours, sizes, or designs or photos you uploaded);
- other cases provided for by law.
How to return an item
- Write to [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back unused, in its original condition and packaging where possible. Return costs are paid by you unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the price of the item (and the original delivery fee if the whole order is returned) within 10 days, by a method we agree with you, since orders are paid in cash.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint, replace or refund it at no cost to you, including for personalised items.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been shipped by contacting us. Custom prints that have already been printed cannot be cancelled.
